Meet the Main Characters from Fire Incarnate

Spark (Willow Banks) is a dangerously powerful Fire Incarnate elemental, classified as Ri bannach, or royalty, by the Druid magic. Her immense power means she must hide her true self and rarely transforms, as she worries she might lose control and burn down forests.

She claimed Scar (Josh Weda), her dreamwalker lifemate, as her energy source. She needs his unlimited sexual energy to cast her powerful spells and transform. After their physical bond, she became a fiery cinnamon bear hybrid, adding to her abilities.

Spark values loyalty and friendship, stating she would not sacrifice friends, such as Marchand, for a lover. She has since accepted the position of front desk manager for the Draoithe retreat, but she views her nature as both the comfortable warmth and the deadly inferno. 

Scar (Josh Weda) is a black bear shifter who possesses the powerful ability of a dreamwalker. The Druid magic hierarchy formally recognized him as Ri tuaithe, a lesser king. Scar is the lifemate of Spark, the fire elemental, whom he tirelessly pursued in the dream.

Enormous in stature, Scar is instantly recognizable by the scar across his left eye. He agreed to be bound to Spark as her unlimited sexual energy source to fuel her elemental spell casting and transformations. This act permanently marked him with a magenta ring around his irises.

Scar is fiercely territorial over Spark. Having moved from California, where he ran a ranch with his twin brother, Jace, Scar prefers manual labor and outdoor work. He recently accepted pack membership at Draoithe, determined to protect his mate and claim what he believes is rightfully his.
